This fee will be a percentage of the total estimated guest room and food and beverage expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows: Before 90 days 20% Between 90 days and 60 days 50% Between 60 days and 30 days 80% Between 30 days and arrival 100% These amounts shall constitute full settlement of any and all obligations arising out of the non-performance of this agreement.
