We have almost 800m2 of spaces in which to hold meetings, including large halls surrounded by luxurious gardens that can be subdivided at the client’s request. The exclusive private rooms are equipped to host all sorts of work sessions. As well as the convention hall, the hotels counts with a business center with a meeting room, private offices, computers with Internet and a secretary. All spaces count with natural light and are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology such as 2400 Lummnens Beamers, built-in screens, sound systems and Wi-Fi.

During the 23rd session of UNESCO World Heritage Committee held in Morocco from 29 November to 4 December 1999, Ibiza, based on natural and cultural criteria, was declared World Heritage. Nature Ibiza’s marine component is characterised by the presence of dense and very well preserved prairies of oceanic Posidonia (seagrass) and coral reefs. The oceanic Posidonia beds at the Marine Reserve are the best preserved beds in the Mediterranean basin. The island's seabed contains the most diverse community of Cladocora caespitosa, supporting 220 species, the highest record for a marine community in the Mediterranean. This community offers protection to three globally endangered species such as the Mediterranean monk seal. In this area can be found an important community of Ecteinascidia turbinata, a marine species with recognised value to prevent and combat different types of cancer. Parts of the declared areas are included in the List of Wetlands of International Importance (Ramsar Convention) for their importance for migratory birds. Culture The intact 16th century fortifications of Ibiza bear unique witness to the military architecture and engineering and the aesthetics of the Renaissance. This Italian-Spanish model was very influential, especially in the construction and fortification of towns in the New World. The Phoenician ruins of sa Caleta and the Phoenician-Punic cemetery of Puig des Molins are exceptional evidence of urbanization and social life in the Phoenician colonies of the Western Mediterranean. They constitute a unique resource, in terms of quality and importance, of material on the discovery and origin of Phoenician and Carthaginian tombs. The Upper Town of Ibiza Dalt Vila is an excellent example of a fortified acropolis which preserves in an exceptional way in its walls and in its urban fabric successive imprints of the earliest Phoenician settlements and the Arab and Catalan periods through to the Renaissance bastions. The long process of building the defensive walls has not destroyed the earlier phases or the street pattern, but has incorporated them in the ultimate phase.

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY ** Any event held at Ibiza Gran Hotel will be paid in 3 non-refundable deposits. - 1st deposit (30%) of the total cost of the event) to be paid upon contract signing - 2nd deposit 50%) to be paid 1.5 months before the event starts - 3rd deposit (20%) to be paid 15 days before the event starts Total cancellation done before group’s arrival will incur no charge but any deposit paid to the hotel by the client will not be refunded. Partial cancellation Up to 90 days prior to the group ´s arrival (25% of the contracted rooms) – can be cancelled without charge – Any cancellation exceeding 25% rooms of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 25% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 89 days and 60 days prior to the group ´s arrival - (15% of the contracted rooms) can be cancelled without charge - any cancellation exceeding 15% rooms of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 59 days and 30 days prior to the group ´s arrival - (10% of the contracted rooms) rooms can be cancelled without charge - any cancellation exceeding 10% rooms of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 75% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 29 days and 15 days prior to the group ´s arrival - (5% of the contracted rooms) room can be cancelled without charge - any cancellation exceeding 5% room of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 14 days and the day of arrival - any cancellation will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. * Between 14 days and the event date 100% of the total of the proforma invoice will be invoiced * All services cancelled within 48hours of arriving date are considered as “NO SHOW”, being billed for the total length of stay. * All Early Departures will be charged for the full length of stay as indicated * Deposits paid are not refundable and will be used to cover cancellation policy.
