About us

As a meeting-place, Elmia enjoys a powerful position – at the heart of the Nordic region where people and companies either have or are looking for new ideas, products and services. We are not happy just to keep ourselves updated on everything that’s happening in your industry. We also want to inspire, stimulate and drive development. Count on Elmia as an active partner in your world. Elmia is a place for meetings located in Sweden. Call them conferences, kick-offs, congresses, events or trade fairs. The important thing is that you, your colleagues and your customers can meet in the right setting. There are meetings, and then there are meetings. Conferences and kick-offs are the vital contact points between what has just happened, and what is about to happen. At Elmia there are 20 or so conference rooms to choose from, accommodating anything from eight to 124 people. In a welcoming environment you can enjoy coffee, freshly baked pastries and good food. If you need more space the Rydbergsalen room can accommodate 291, and Hammarskjöldsalen almost 1,100. Take a closer look at our various venues here.
