About us

Meeting/Banquet SpacesAC Hotel Kingston is ideal for a range of corporate or social event needs, offering over 18,000 sq. feet in cross-functional venue options and a max capacity of approximately 600 persons, theater style. Designed to cater to large groups, our seven cutting-edge indoor facilities offer collaborative or formal layouts, integrated technologies, blackout facilities for presentations and ergonomic seating. Our diverse venue options include manicured outdoor facilities for corporate groups and social events, such as a modern pool deck with waterfall feature and garden cocktail areas. Additionally, our on-site full-service Business Center is open 24/7 and offers printing, scanning and faxing capabilities. Meeting Spaces AC Hotel Kingston offers the highest quality audio visual equipment of any meeting venue in Kingston. All of our meeting spaces are located on the ground floor providing curbside drop off and easy access to our 3-story parking facility that can accommodate 400 parking spaces. The Rocksteady Ballroom: This is our largest meeting space seating up to 750 persons theatre style with access to a nearby outdoor terrace, perfect for hosting post-meeting cocktails. This space can also be divided into three smaller meeting spaces, each with a capacity of 250. Blue Mountain meeting room: This is our second largest meeting space located close to the lobby, seating up to 50 persons theatre style.
