Hotel Plaza Kobe is located at Rokko Island in Kobe. All guestrooms are located between the 12th and 17th floors of the Hotel Plaza Kobe and views of the sea surround the hotel. Located on the island, there is nothing to block the view. Enjoy the night view, too.
