About us
With a unique cliff-top location on Ponta da Piedade, breathing from the historic surroundings of a four millennia city and having the Atlantic as a backdrop, the Cascade Wellness Resort is one of the most luxurious 5-star hotels in the Algarve, offering you an elegant and sophisticated experience. The hotel concept is a parallel between the Discoveries and an inner journey of well-being. Cascade Wellness Resort excels in providing a close service to the guest and offering a comprehensive range of spa services, indoor and outdoor fitness activities and eclectic international cuisine with local inspiration. The architectural lines of the hotel and the apartments take the guest on a journey around the world, providing not only a leisure stay but also an inner journey of self-discovery. The resort is divided into three large areas, including the hotel, the apartments and the independent villas. Cascade Football Academy by Estima Sports provides weekly football camps during the summer months, where children aged 5 to 16 years will be able to improve their football technical skills, such as dribbling, passing and shooting. Training coaches Ben Beaumont and James Dean hold a comprehensive international experience in the development of football camps for children and are also certified by the English Football Federation (FA).
The weekly football camp includes 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Each day will be dedicated to the training of a specific technique such as dribbling, passing and shooting, where the main objective is to improve individual techniques, leveraging the collective training context. On the last day of the program there will be a final tournament between teams, completed with certificate and medal. All equipment is provided except footwear, which should be appropriate to the sport.

Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
Simple And Fun
Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
