About us

Disio Resort is the new tourist complex in Marsala. Disio is outside the common places because it is an immense botanical park, a refined restaurant, a modern resort where you can choose between various modern rooms and flats which can satisfy every demand. Disio is the first structure in Western Sicily equipped with a golf course and a practice golf field, to entertain and relax you. For your holiday in the province of Trapani- in a very rich territory of natural and historical beauties- choose Disio: the welcome at wish measure. Disio has been thought and realized to offer to his guests a faultless welcome and comfort, sunk in a rich green environment in the hilly system which surrounds the town of Marsala. This particular position makes Disio ideal to program and plan to stay in any period of the year. Thanks to the climate, always tempered and sunny also in winter and well ventilated in summer. Disio has 23 rooms divided in three topologies, characterized by the elegance of the furniture and the care of the details. It has 2 meetings rooms which can accommodate up to 60 people.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
