Cancelaciones del evento: Efectuadas entre 15 y 8 días antes del evento tienen una penalidad del 30% del valor del evento y con menos de 8 días de anterioridad tienen una penalidad del 90% del valor del evento

1. Formas de Pago: Aquellas empresas que no cuentan con crédito con V-Grand Hotels, se les solicita un deposito del 50% y el saldo que corresponda se debe cancelar el día anterior al inicio del evento. 2. Consumos Adicionales : Para la empresa que no cuentan con crédito los consumos adicionales que se generen como extras al presente contrato de evento, deben ser cancelados en el momento del cierre del evento, Formas de pago: Efectivo o tarjeta de crédito/debito.
