Hotel MOHI by Appellation creates gatherings that reflect the spirit of Morgan Hill—rooted in community, craftsmanship, and culinary excellence. Whether it’s an intimate celebration beneath olive trees, a hands-on experience in one of our maker spaces, or a large-scale event that flows from our light-filled event spaces onto the terrace, each moment is thoughtfully designed and distinctly Morgan Hill. In partnership with the South Bay’s most talented artisans and makers, your group can engage in olive oil tastings, vineyard tours, or immersive cooking demonstrations led by Chef Charlie Palmer and his team—transforming meetings and milestones into meaningful, memorable experiences.
