About us
Situated in the heart of Nagoya in "Fushimi", Nagoya Kanko Hotel was founded in 1936 as Nagoya State Guest House offering their services to distinguished guests from within Japan and abroad. A hotel boasting the longest history in Nagoya has since then become a leading luxury class hotel. The hotel is easily accessible by Shinkansen ("bullet train") with its lines from Tokyo, Shizuoka, Nagoya, Kyoto, Kobe, Hiroshima and Fukuoka as well as the conventional transit lines from "Centrair" or Central Japan International Airport, the prefectures of Mie, Gifu and Shizuoka all converging into Nagoya Station. From there, the hotel is located within a 2-minute walking distance from Fushimi Station in the Higashiyama Subway Line which is appropriately located midway between Nagoya Station and Sakae Station where business and shopping is prevalent.By making use of its ideal location, the hotel is suited for both business and leisure. Banquet halls are available in a variety of sizes that include 1 large, 3 medium and 12 small sized rooms for the convenience of meetings and gatherings.
