In Blue Aster’s named after the iconic native Tennessee wildflower, Blue Aster invites guests on a culinary journey through the regional flavors of Tennessee. Sourced from nearby farms and purveyors, the menu offers seafood-centric dishes with a Nashville twist. Locally-sourced fresh produce and meats, with a focus on perfectly prepared fresh seafood. Taking our inspiration from the Tennessee Valley’s traditions, our seasonal menus rely on local farms and producers, and are genuinely sophisticated without being fussy. Thistle & Rye Thistle & Rye is a casual chic, cocktail bar on the third floor of Conrad Nashville serving avant-garde cocktails and small plates with a global street food inspiration.
