Helmed by Executive Chef Michael Kopfman and his collective of Hillstone Restaurant Group alumni , the brasserie-style restaurant focuses on fresh flavors and locally sourced ingredients to comprise a menu for all palettes, including stand out dishes like Tempura Pork Spare Ribs and Pasta Puttanesca. Housed under a Gehry-esque glass atrium designed by famed Nashville-born and New York-based interior design boutique Meyer Davis, the art of dining comes alive amid original works by David LaChapelle and Marilyn Minter.
