Our clients can rely on us to provide custom designs for any venture, from studio photography sets, events, retail and showroom displays, trade show booths, video and film scenery, gallery builds, pop-up locations and runways. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. I don’t just host tastings, I create lasting connections, one bite at a time. Let’s bring your chocolate event to life!

Located in the Shoppes at Brinton Lakes, the restaurant has a mid-century Italian maximalist vibe with bold patterns, vibrant geometric prints, and striking Ferrari red accents. The bar showcases a stunning pink marble horseshoe-shaped countertop with green leather stools featuring black-and-white patterned backs. Cozy U-shaped booths dressed in blue flame-stitch fabric are illuminated by whimsical silver pinecone lamps and separated by playful red-and-white dividers. The space is enhanced by custom-upholstered banquettes and uniquely designed tabletops in lively shades of orange, emerald, canary yellow, black, and white. Intimacy is fostered by solid wood and wallpaper valances framing pill-shaped windows. Terrazzo tiles in bold stripes lead to a charming outdoor patio adorned with scalloped lemon-colored umbrellas and rattan banquettes, offering a delightful al fresco dining experience.

Testa Rossa is the latest concept from Fearless Restaurants. It offers a vibrant, casual Italian-American twist on dishes inspired by Rosalie. Under the leadership of Regional Executive Chef Merick Devine, the menu showcases unique interpretations of classic Italian-American cuisine, featuring house-made pasta, pizza dough, and desserts. Each restaurant is designed eclectically, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
