The Hotel has implemented a Cogeneration Plant. This plant recycles heat and exhaust to produce energy and heat for the hotel. The system provides 35% of the heat in winter, 15% of cooling in the summer and 42% electricity reducing our carbon footprint.

Yes, The hotel uses only EPA approved disinfectants, which have been evaluated by the CDC as effective in killing germs and bacteria. Electrostatic sprayers are also being used to add an additional layer of sanitization throughout the hotel.
