ASPIRE is our 9,000 square foot private events space, situated on the 102nd floor of One World Trade Center. Being an unparalleled vantage point of New York City, ASPIRE has a clean, contemporary architecture that captures a dramatically minimalist environment which sets the backdrop for New York's most elevated events. Casa Carmen is the new venture of a Mexican family led by renowned chef Carmen “Titita” Ramirez Degollado and her grandsons Sebastian and Santiago. The Mexican restaurant is an homage to their passion for traditional Mexican food, heritage ingredients, and dining customs. The space evokes the feeling of being in a subdued, earth-toned hacienda with high ceilings and a cozy ambiance. “Queremos que te sientas como en CASA ” We want to share with the world the traditional Mexican recipes from regions such as Veracruz, Puebla and Oaxaca, such as mole, guacamole and different kind of tacos. We use the finest and freshest ingredients and all our dishes are prepared with all our hearts. Our cocktail menu features mainly mezcal and tequila.
