Metropolitan Creative Studios is an all-new floor thoughtfully designed for elevated corporate meetings, gatherings, and collaborations. Our studios feature modern, light-flooded common areas, chic glass enclosed meeting rooms, and private add-on spaces. Each meeting room comes equipped with AV, screen, sound and lighting systems, and can be customized to your needs with flexible furniture configurations. Styles include classroom, theater, and boardroom. The space also includes three dedicated lobbies, a registration area, and a welcome room for guests. Studios & Room Details · The Creative Chamber — Meeting room set theater style for up to 80 people; includes 2 mics and a screen. · The North Glass Room — Meeting room set theater style for up to 60 people; includes 2 mics and a screen. · The Innovation Boardroom — Boardroom set for 10-20 people with a conference table, screen, and phone system. · The Visionary Vault — Meeting room set theater style for up to 80 people; includes 2 mics and 2 screens. · The Idea Lab — Meeting room set classroom style for 60 people; includes a stage with 4 mics and 3 screens. Can also be set theater style for up to 150 people. · The South Glass Room — Meeting room set theater style for up to 60 people; includes 2 mics and a screen. · The Dream Room — Meeting room set theater style for up to 110 people; includes a stage with 4 mics and 3 screens. Can also be set as classroom style for up to 60 people. · North Lounge — Light-flooded common space including tables, a state-of-the-art kitchen area, and private ROOM pods. · South Lounge — Common space with a comfortable, modern aesthetic, natural light, lounge furniture, tables, a state-of the art kitchen area, and private ROOM pods.
