And just steps from the resort, visit Belmont Park’s classic amusement rides, explore dozens of oceanfront bars and shops, or stroll along 15 miles of scenic boardwalk perfect for walking, running, and biking. With 17 versatile venues totaling nearly 20,000 square feet, the Bahia Resort Hotel offers a wide variety of spaces for groups ranging from 10 to 1,200 guests. From the elegant Mission Bay Ballroom with its sweeping top-floor bay views and a spectacular outdoor toes-in-the-sand locale set right on the beach, each venue sets the stage for an inspiring event. For something truly memorable, host an event aboard one of our two replica 19th-century riverboats adorned with polished brass, etched glass, and rich wood details. Whether indoors or out, our friendly event team will guide you every step of the way to ensure a seamless experience. Comfort and convenience go hand in hand at the Bahia, where guests enjoy spacious studios and suites with private balconies or patios. Dining options are plentiful including the waterfront Dockside 1953 serving Southern California cuisine, Bianchi Pizza & Pasta for Neapolitan-inspired fare, and a retro Airstream café for coffee and grab-and-go bites. Between meetings, attendees can unwind with kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply relaxing by the beach or pool. Additional amenities include an on-site fitness center, tennis courts, kids’ arcade, and bicycle rentals.
