All paid bookings are non-refundable. All confirmed/guaranteed guest accommodations shall be subject to a penalty upon cancellation: CANCELLATION CHARGES 100% of total charges For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused room night/s shall be non-refundable. In case of “No Show”, the full amount equivalent to the total number of guaranteed nights of the reservation shall be charged. REBOOKINGS: ● A guaranteed/paid booking may be re-booked without penalty up to 31 days prior to check-in for non-Peak and 45 days prior to guest check-in date for the Peak Season. ● Payment to be applied for future bookings. ● Rebookable within 6 months of booking ● Subject to villa availability and rate difference FORCE MAJEURE In case of fortuitous events or any condition directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statuses of Philippine Government, strikes, riots, and acts of God which are beyond our control, Cauayan Island Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, including unused rooms, and missed flights, some of which may result in missed international connections. By acknowledging this agreement Cauayan Island Resort shall not refund the payment for failure to execute arrangements specified herein.

Additional details

• The guest is responsible for any damage or loss to the assigned villa and to the resort facilities. The guest agrees to pay for any such damage or loss and authorizes Cauayan Island Resort to charge the said loss or damage to the guest’s credit card. • Food, beverages, pet, Firearms, deadly weapons, and drugs are strictly prohibited in the Resort. • 100% Smoke-Free in Villas- We have designated areas in the bar and restaurant if you wish to smoke. • No cooking, cooking appliances, or combustibles- Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed on the Island. Our restaurant offers an array of food that will surely delight your palate. Our F&B is ready to serve you always. • No unauthorized boats- Cauayan Island Resort would like to remind our dear guests that having outside pre-arranged tours or activities is strictly prohibited. For security reasons, we do not allow unauthorized boats near the resort’s perimeter unless otherwise approved by the Management. • Please be informed that the Resort View, Bay View, and Premium Bay View Cauayan Pool Villa are perched on top of a hill. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach area.
