About us

TThe Marina Convention Center is the ideal venue for all types of events. A location of great charm and elegance, it is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Gulf of Palermo and the majestic Monte Pellegrino, adding a touch of natural beauty to the landscape. With its flexible structure, ample parking spaces, expansive outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art digital technologies, the center is perfectly suited for hosting a wide range of events and congresses at both national and international levels. Each event benefits from adaptable layouts, thanks to a spacious plenary hall with a capacity of up to 250 seats, an elegant and contemporary design, two breakout rooms with 70 and 20 seats respectively, and large modular spaces that can be customized as needed. The Marina Convention Center is a place that inspires reflection and amazement, where visitors can experience a deep connection to history and timeless beauty.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
