Observe the art of handcrafting Asin Tibuok, the rare Boholano sea salt. This traditional process creates a smoky salt that is delicious grated over local cuisine. Coconut husks are soaked in seawater for three months before being dried and slowly burnt over an open fire to produce the perfect ash. Seawater is then filtered through the ash and cooked by hand, layer by layer, to achieve the final product. Each batch reflects the island’s rich artisanal culture, making this a rare and unforgettable thing to do in Panglao.

Audio/Visual and Other Equipment The South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery must be notified at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the actual Event of use of any video, sound and/or audio equipment. The South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery reserves the right to refuse or prohibit the use of such equipment if in the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery ’s sole and absolute discretion the same shall cause disturbance to other functions within the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery or to the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery guests during rehearsal or on the day of the Event. Delivery & Condition of Storage The Organizer shall advise the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery no less than thirty (30) days prior to the delivery of meeting materials, decoration items or any equipment for the Event (“Organizer’s Property”) so that arrangements can be made to coordinate the delivery of the same through the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery service area. All Organizer’s Property shall be stored at the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery entirely at the Organizer’s risk. The South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery shall not be responsible for any valuables or money, nor shall the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery be liable for any claims, loss, damage and/or destruction of Organizer’s Property while left in South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery storage. The Organizer shall ensure that it has independent and adequate insurance coverage in respect of any Organizer’s Property. If Organizer’s Property (or any part thereof) is not claimed within 7 days after the last scheduled day of the Event, the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery shall be entitled to dispose of Organizer’s Property in any way it deems fit without any liability whatsoever. The Organizer shall indemnify, defend and hold the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries and associated companies, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, penalties, suits, costs, fees and liabilities arising out of, caused by or resulting from or in connection with the Organizer’s Property while they are stored on the South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao - MGallery ’s premises. Fire and Safety Regulations All contractors/workmen/decorators engaged by the Organizers
