About us

The NH Parma hotel is set within a brand new architectural complex which also embraces the renovated railway station. Strategically located in close proximity to the historical centre and few steps away from the main local means of public transport, the hotel also provides fast access to the main access roads and to the international airport of Parma. 120 rooms furnished with smart décor and cosy appeal to complement interiors of warm tones and modern amenities for your well-being and convenience. The restaurant and fitness room ensure you make the most out of your stay. NH Parma boasts 8 meeting rooms with a flexible capacity which can accommodate up to 255 persons. All come with cutting-edge equipment and most of them with natural daylight. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
