With its Mediterranean villa, Renaissance château and country inn, this fairytale hotel ensemble is the only 5-star superior retreat in the Saarland, enchanting even the most sophisticated of travellers. Among the hotel’s three restaurants is the exquisite Gourmet-Restaurant Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau. Chef Christian Bau has been crowned with three Michelin stars. The event capacities, which can accommodate up to 300 guests, boast state-of-the-art equipment, natural daylight and meeting rooms that are trafficable by car – perfect for your presentations. The following incentive sand activities have already been completed on our grounds with great success: Dragon Boat Race on the Moselle, GPS Rallye through the vineyards with wine tasting and snack stations, soap box races, Casino nights, Curling, Cocktail Masterclass, Criminal Dinner, torch light walks, raft building. And for a touch more exclusivity, we even have a helicopter landing site. We also provide a bottle of sparkling water in your room each day.The truly tranquil, picturesque location offers peace and quiet and ample space for both business and pleasure. Our 46 luxurious and stylishly appointed rooms and 44 suites (for the most part equipped with a terrace or a balcony overlooking the region’s lush vineyards) and our wellness area with exercise room, sauna and beauty farm called Victor's Spa (exceedingly popular as a day spa) offer all the comforts the discerning traveller has learned to appreciate. Fast WI-FI ist also inclusive. Bicycle rental is complimentary for Victor’s guests. Did you know, Luxembourg is only 2 km away from the hotel, and France is only 10 km away. Under Julie’s leadership, the valued roles of her skilled team lay the foundation for adapting to her client’s corporate culture. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.
