About us
This upscale hotel is located on Legacy Drive near the Dallas North Toll-way and serves as the south anchor for the $3 billion Legacy West urban mixed-use project. Neighboring companies include corporate headquarters for JP Morgan Chase JC Penny, Toyota, NTT Data Liberty Mutual and Fed Ex Office. The 15 story 304 room hotel is a modern upscale design and includes more than 34,000 square feet of conference and meeting space. With a high-energy lobby and bar/ patio, a "Texas Tea" gourmet marketplace with grab-n-go eclectic treats, on-site breakfast restaurant, and a third-floor amenity deck with our ZEN Pool + Bar with a year-round heated to 80* pool, cabanas, Bonvoy members club lounge, fitness center, and outdoor event space. The hotel was designed to be a destination unto itself. The hotel embodies wide-open spaces and illustrates the natural movement of the elements across the land. This is expressed through a grand and lively lobby space which provides the perfect atmosphere to mix and mingle. In addition, water and fire features along with natural materials are used throughout to really anchor the East meets Southwest vibe.
