About us
Hilton Reading is located off the M4 and A33 and offers on-site car parking. The hotel is conveniently close to Arlington Business Park, Green Park Business Park, Thames Valley Business Park and Winnersh Triangle Business Park, as well as offering close proximity to Shinfield Studios – a new powerhouse of British film, TV production and innovation. Just 8 minutes from Reading Station and 6 minutes to Green Park Station, Hilton Reading offers easy London access via the Elizabeth Line and is also close to The Oracle, Select Car Leasing Stadium, and the University of Reading. Featuring 210 rooms, including twin, queen and king rooms, as well as connecting rooms and suites, guests will enjoy free WiFi, large 50-inch LCD TVs, a work desk, laptop safe, air-conditioning, mini refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and elegant bathrooms with refreshing Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Coffee, tea, lunch and light bites are available all day in OXBO Café. Guests can relax in the evening and reconnect with friends and colleagues in OXBO Bar or the outdoor terrace with signature cocktails and small plates. A dinner menu crafted with carefully sourced ingredients can be enjoyed nightly in OXBO Kitchen. Meeting and conference space is available for up to 500 delegates. The hotel offers 10 event spaces, from smaller rooms well-suited to boardroom style meetings, to larger rooms that are ideal for classroom and training formats, up to the largest suite that seats 500 guests theatre style. On-site catering is available with meeting lunches that include healthy superfoods, delicious free-from choices, indulgent guilty pleasures and refreshing hydration stations. Creative evening banquet options include mix and mingle receptions with canapés and cocktails, dinner party packages for smaller events, exciting banquet royale feasts for big events and fun street food festival parties for those who want to liven up the evening. Private dining is also available in OXBO, where you can host a special dinner for VIP clients, hold a working lunch, have a celebration event for a small group or just treat your team to an afternoon of food and fun. Group dining can also be held in OXBO Kitchen if you would prefer the lively energy of the restaurant. Either option will be sure to deliver the heart and soul of authentic food, in a warm and relaxed sociable atmosphere. Hilton Reading also features a LivingWell Health Club with an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
