This aggressive promotion is designed to incentivize bookings and secure business for specific need periods. Qualified groups can take advantage of these incentives: • Groups without Food and Beverage receive a 35% discount off the standard Convention Center rental rate • Groups with Food and Beverage receive a 35% discount off the standard Convention Center rental rates plus an additional 10% discount applied to the rental based on the total food and beverage spend. (Not to exceed rental balance.) To qualify for the incentives, meetings and events must: • Be booked through a Visit San Antonio sales representative. • Have at least 50 rooms on peak with space at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. • Book June 20-26, 2026, or in 2027 need months: February, June, July, August, November, December • Must be contracted by March 31, 2026.
