About us

Modern, urban hotel just 550 metres from Ondarreta beach The 4-star Barceló Costa Vasca hotel is an urban hotel that was renovated in 2020 with excellent facilities, located just 550 metres from Ondarreta beach and the famous Wind Comb by Eduardo Chillida. It is connected to the city centre via the wonderful promenade along La Concha beach. Its 203 rooms offer different accommodation choices and capacities and stand out for their avant-garde, modern and comfortable design. Fully equipped, they have been designed to ensure that guests enjoy maximum comfort throughout their stay. The hotel serves a carefully selected cuisine with local products. Gastronomy is the true star attraction of northern Spain and Barceló Costa Vasca is a true reflection of that. There is a restaurant with a terrace and a modern, informal lobby bar with a fine range of drinks and cocktails to enjoy on the terrace or in the elegant atmosphere inside. Barceló Costa Vasca has the best facilities in San Sebastián with more than 1,500 square metres of outdoor terraces where guests can relax and enjoy their stay. In the summer season, guests can enjoy our garden area and fantastic outdoor swimming pool. It also has the best range of meeting rooms in the city with almost 1,000 square metres of space divisible into 9 rooms, all benefiting from natural light and equipped with the most advanced technology, outdoor spaces and private underground car park with direct access.
