About us
In the heart of downtown Santa Fe, the convention center is just as unique as “The City Different”. During construction, excavations revealed artifacts from ancient Native American pueblos that occupied the site, dating back to the 13th century. We honor these pueblos with a stunning tapestry of the artifacts found beneath the center, which is proudly displayed in our sun-drenched lobby. Located among the city’s best restaurants, museums and shopping, as well as 2,000 hotel rooms, hosting your meeting at the convention center strikes the perfect balance of modern convenience with the daily experience of walking through a 400-year-old U.S. city. Traditional Navajo rugs, Spanish colonial tin accents and carved furniture accent pieces made by local artisans are displayed throughout the building.
