The room is stark and functional, devoid of any unnecessary adornments. A single, wooden table stands in the center, its surface scarred by years of use. A narrow cot is pushed against the wall, its rough-spun sheets smelling faintly of woodsmoke. The only source of light is a single, flickering candle, casting long, dancing shadows across the walls.
