Captain’s Table is our main restaurant; it is both stylish and sporty, with phenomenal views of Hakefjorden and the salty seas. Ordinary bon vivants have been meeting and mingling here since it opened in 1963. Kookaburra is our summer restaurant; think Bohuslän, boathouses and cheerful laughter. With incredible views of salty Hakefjorden, the restaurant is located right on the water and can be used as a banquet hall or conference venue year-round. As a conference guest, you will be served breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared with locally grown and seasonal ingredients. During the conference, we serve our popular Swedish fika with organic coffee and homemade biscuits, providing you with energy that lasts all day. A full board and lodging package includes morning coffee and snacks, lunch, afternoon coffee and snacks, and dinner.

The Brooklyn Comedy Collective is a comedy theater and school in Brooklyn with a mission to produce irreverent, fearless shows from a wide range of voices and inspire students to approach performance from a place of joy and fierceness. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.
