Just a short drive from Scotland and yet a world away feel the calm tranquility of yours surroundings and soothe your mind at Var Gard Saltsjoebaden. Enjoy the warm summer winds and the rustle of the leaves beneath your feet. Enjoy Baggenfjaerden as a frozen bay of glittering blue or as It thaws upon the arrival of Spring. The hotel offers 139 hotel rooms and it may be because it is quiet here in a pleasing way, not a dead silence like in a busy city hotel with sound insulated three-layer windows, but quiet without being silent. The majority of our hotel rooms are pleasantly decorated with wallpaper and textiles from Ralph Lauren. Several rooms also have interior design from Svensk Design. At Var Gard you will find conference facilities for both large and small meetings (2-280 people). Choose between one of our 18 meeting facilities and group rooms. The majority of our meeting rooms have a sea view and all are equipped with the latest technology.
