About us
AVKHOM HOTEL is a 24/7 3*** Hotel situated in the town of Thohoyandou in the Vhembe District, Limpopo Province, South Africa . The province is commonly called The Eden of Africa and we regard ourselves as situated in the fountain of this garden. We are situated in an area that is densely populated by people as well as by vegetation. The soil we trample on is very fertile and almost every tree or shrub can grow therefrom. We offer Luxurious en-suite accommodation, breakfast and all other meals, conference facilities, Tourist information desk and Touring in and around the province and beyond. The Hotel has two conference halls with the bigger one having a capacity of 1500 people seated cinema style and 900 seated class-room style.The smaller one can take up to 200 people seated cinema style and 90 people seated classroom style.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

Each legendary performer not only looks like the star they portray, but use their own natural voices to pay homage to their iconic music counterpart.
