About us

NH Trieste is the ideal place to discover the historic and architectural resources of the city such the historic cafes, the beautiful promenade and the Teatro Verdi. The Convention Center Harbor Station is located nearby, as are numerous restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel has 173 comfortable rooms and elegant design, offering a charming view of the sea or the city. The seven meeting rooms are available to meet customer needs for a private meeting with a few people or for an event up to 180 people in an environment of great visual impact.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
