One bedroom suites have one bedroom with either one queen or king bed, and one sofa bed in the living room. Two bedroom suites have two bedrooms with either one queen or one king bed in each, and one sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms.

Individual reservations must be cancelled by 4pm the day prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a 1 night room and tax charge. Group cancellations are per Group Sales Agreement.

With 126 one and two bedroom suites, whatever brings you to Victoria, comfort will follow alongside. Our suites come equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Walk in to your suite and find a separate kitchenette or full kitchen, large living area, separate bedroom, spa-inspired bathroom (or two) and a private balcony. Get business done or host some colleagues and friends for happy hour – there’s plenty of space. As a Carbon Neutral, Biosphere Certified hotel, we're also the first urban hotel in the world to be members of Beyond Green, a diverse portfolio offering a range of guest experiences in unique locations around the world, focused on intentional travel. With every reservation booked, we will plant one kelp through Coastal Kelp's project. When guests choose to opt out of housekeeping, we'll plant 10 kelp. he Parkside Hotel & Spa diverts approx. 94% waste from the landfill
