In addition to out General terms and conditions, the following cancellation periods apply in the event of conversion/unsubscribe from reserved hotel rooms, meeting rooms and arrangements: Up to 42 days before arrival: No expense 41-7th day before arrival: 90% of agreed Logis and 80% of agreed conference services After that & in the case of No Shows: 100% of the agreed Logis & 100% of agreed conference services Partial cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the event up to 2 people can cancel free of charge in the agreed services.
