Relax in the quiet, formal atmosphere of the 1865 Wine Cellar and discover how the pairing of wine and food can enliven your dining experience. We are still a working farm, with a focus today on raising fiber producing animals. Our unique Mountain View Farm Blend yarn is created from the wool of our Romney, Leicester Longwool, Babydoll Southdown, CVM Romeldale, Finnsheep and Suffolk/Border Leicester sheep along with fiber from our angora goats, llamas, alpacas, and angora rabbits.
