About us
The Samling is perfect for that spontaneous night away or to celebrate special occasions just for two or with family and friends! Guest can opt to take exclusive use of the hotel and enjoy the use of the house all to them for the weekend or choose to have a more private, relaxing time just for the night. Our restaurant guests find the ideas and lightness of touch emanating from the kitchen irresistible. The Samling offers complete privacy and a perfect place to do important business or to reward those that mean the most to your company without any of the usual distractions.
