About us
Wild Boar Estates is close to the M6 set in the open countryside in the heart of the Lake District. The hotel is ideally situated for both business and recreational pursuits. As well as an exquisite boardroom with private dining facilities, Wild Boar Estates also provides delegates with a cosy place to stay and is just one mile away from Windermere Golf Course. Wild Boar Estates offers 31 individually styled bedrooms ranging from Squirrel's Drey, to Fox's Den and Owl's Nest. All of the rooms have free wifi, satellite and radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. We can provide full catering for those all-important formal meetings or corporate events, including fun activities to keep your guests busy. Think clay pigeon shooting with a professional instructor; smoking courses in the onsite smokehouse, real ale-making talks and whisky tasting evenings in the hotel’s bar. We can also recommend local corporate events and teambuilding experience companies, who can offer great advice and expertise in delivering a range of corporate events and teambuilding experiences in our fantastic private woodland.
