Met bijna tienduizend vierkante meter, waaronder twaalf configureerbare vergaderruimten en twee sociale buitenruimtes. The Clancy biedt een verscheidenheid aan flexibele locatieruimtes om aan elke evenementbehoefte te voldoen. Variërend van intieme directiekamers tot ruime conferentiezalen, er worden ultramoderne technologie en deskundige vergaderplanningsdiensten aangeboden om uw evenementen eenvoudig te beheren. De elegante vergaderruimte van Lotline, die plaats biedt aan 200 gasten, is gepositioneerd als een vooraanstaande evenementenbestemming in het centrum van San Francisco. De ruimtes met technische ondersteuning zijn voorzien van snelle wifi en geavanceerde audiovisuele diensten. Als onderdeel van de renovatie introduceerde The Clancy twee unieke ruimtes waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken voor zowel zaken als plezier. Blok 9 is een open ruimte op de binnenplaats en was een van de eerste 10 blokken van San Francisco die werd gebouwd. Voortbordurend op het kunstthema van de Clancy is er een muurschildering die de ruimte complimenteert. Daarnaast werd ook het Parklet geïntroduceerd, een binnen- en buitenruimte voor twee doeleinden, gelegen naast de hoofdlobby. De Parklet-muurschildering, gemaakt door kunstenaar Hueman, trekt voorbijgangers van de straat naar de deuren van het hotel met het gedurfde en kleurrijke kunstwerk dat de wijk SoMa voorstelt. Met meer dan vijfhonderd vierkante meter en zitplaatsen in het stadion is de semi-privéruimte beschikbaar voor gasten en om te reserveren voor privé-evenementen.
