A deposit of the one-night room and tax charge OR 50% of the total room and tax amount for each guest room is due at the time the room block is reserved. Cancellations made ninety (90) or more days prior to arrival would be subject to a $25 cancellation fee per guest room. We will hold the full block of guestrooms until ninety (90) days prior to arrival at which time a second deposit for the remaining room and tax amount is due for all guest rooms and becomes fully non-refundable. Any remaining rooms that are unassigned or booked from the group block will be released into our general inventory and the $25 cancellation fee for each guest room released will apply. Any cancellations of rooms or room nights or date changes will be non-refundable at this time. All guest rooms attending the function must be reserved through the group block. The rooming list is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
