Bodegas y Viñedos Casa del Valle is located on an estate called La Finca Valdelagua in Yepes in the Province of Toledo. It belongs to the well-known Bodegas Olarra Group. They grasped the opportunity to realize their great wine-growing potential. The bodega or winery preserves all the flavor of the old La Mancha-style country houses. Around the bodega lie 100 hectares of vineyards in which the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grape varieties are grown. The bodega has committed itself to the philosophy of the “vino de pago” (high quality “estate” wines). The result is exceptional wines such as the Hacienda Casa del Valle Syrah 2004 and the Hacienda Casa del Valle Cabernet Sauvignon 2004, as well as the exclusive Finca Valdelagua 2004 made from the best Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes and produced using thorough technical criteria in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged in new French and American oak barrels made by the best cooperages. There are only 18,000 numbered bottles of this wine on the market.

The Cabañeros National Park was declared a National Park on November 20, 1995. Its landscape is formed by extensive grazing lands with rich seasonal pastures where a variety of animals feed. The hills and peaks covered with Mediterranean forest and scrublands are the home to a variety of birds and mammals. Here we find over 200 different bird species, with the most noteworthy species being large birds of prey, including eagles and vultures; and mammals such as deers, roe deers or boars. The park is also noted for its rich flora, including a variety of tree and bush species.

The French concept of wine-growing fills every nook and cranny of the Loranque estate, a real château in Bargas, ten kilometres from Toledo. A magnificent vineyard on each side of the path leads to an 18th-century farmhouse which has been restored with such respect that it has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest. The estate has 42 hectares of vineyards with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot grapes. The Díaz Bermejo family had everything clear in their minds right from the start. They wanted to create a wine which differed from current trends, one in which the quality of the raw materials would mark the whole process. This is where the Telmo Rodríguez-Pablo Eguzkiza team comes in. Their obsession with the highest quality in wine-growing and fermentation found them the perfect place at the Loranque estate to put all of their professional experience into practice. Their best wine is the Finca Loranque Syrah-Tempranillo which has been praised by specialist critics and has been awarded over 90 points in the most prestigious guides.

The cathedral of Toledo is one of the three 13th-century High Gothic cathedrals in Spain and is considered, in the opinion of some authorities, to be the magnum opus[1] of the Gothic style in Spain. It was begun in 1226 under the rule of Ferdinand III and the last Gothic contributions were made in the 15th century when, in 1493, the vaults of the central nave were finished during the time of the Catholic Monarchs. It was modeled after the Bourges Cathedral, although its five naves plan is a consequence of the constructors' intention to cover all of the sacred space of the former city mosque with the cathedral, and of the former sahn with the cloister. It also combines some characteristics of the Mudéjar style, mainly in the cloister, and with the presence of multifoiled arches in the triforium. The spectacular incorporation of light and the structural achievements of the ambulatory vaults are some of its more remarkable aspects. It is built with white limestone from the quarries of Olihuelas, near Toledo.
