Located at the top of Herveys Range west of Townsville and set amidst the peace and tranquility of the Australian Outback, Herveys Range Heritage Tea Rooms serves a range of refreshments from our all day breakfast, light lunches through to ice creams, scrumptious cakes and slices and some of the best coffee and scones around. So whether you’re interested in local history, need to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, want to explore the local sites or would simply like a delicious snack or light lunch – we look forward to welcoming you soon. The Chapel is set on a quiet pristine area of our 25 acre property approximately 150 metres walk from "The Shed" The 6.5 x 3.6 chapel is constructed of 4 large timber posts with corrugated iron roof. It is ideally situated so that all guests have full view of the proceedings by it's slightly elevated position. The Chapel can cater for weddings, renewal of vows, baptisms or naming ceremonies.
