Eğlenceli tüm özel sosyal etkinlikler (öğle yemeği, akşam yemeği, kokteyl resepsiyonu vb.) DTCM'den onay almalıdır. -Etkinliğe katılan tüm konukların şirket personeli olacağı doğum günü partileri, düğünler ve şirketler tarafından düzenlenen etkinlikler için istisnalar geçerlidir. Etkinlikten önce etkinliğe katılan tüm konukların yalnızca şirket personeli olduğunu ve etkinliğe harici misafirin katılmayacağını açıkça belirten bir şirket mektubu gönderilmelidir.. Otelin İtirazsız Sertifikası ile devam etmesi için, Müşterinin etkinlikten 10 gün önce nakit ödeme ile birlikte her şovcunun açık pasaport kopyalarını sunması gerekmektedir. Başvuru süreci en az 10 iş günü sürer ve DTCM'nin takdirine bağlı olacaktır.

İptal politikası

İptal edilen tüm Etkinlik ve/veya Oda ücretlerine %7 Belediye ücreti, %10 hizmet ücreti ve %5 KDV dahildir. ERKEN KALKIŞ: Konuğun rezerve edilen ayrılış tarihinden önce ayrılması durumunda rezervasyon süresinin %100'ü tahsil edilecektir. Peşin ödeme durumunda, miktar iade edilmeyecektir.
