Müşteri, Toplam Yatak Odası Bloğu, Yiyecek ve İçecek gereksinimlerinin tamamını veya bir kısmını iptal edebilir ve Aşağıdaki kararlaştırılan Hüküm ve Koşullar dahilinde Toplantı ve Etkinlik Odası gereksinimleri. Tamamen fesih durumunda tüm depozitolar Otel tarafından tutulacaktır. Müşteri tarafından, Otelin yükümlülüklerinin yerine getirilmemesi nedeniyle gerekçelendirilmeyen tek taraflı bir fesih, fesheten tarafı aşağıdaki gibi hesaplanan sabit bir tazminat ödemeye zorlar: Konaklama, Yiyecek İçecek ve Kiralama A) Kısmi İptal (Yıpranma): Oda Bloğunun bir kısmının Grup tarafından iptal edilmesi durumunda, aşağıdaki kararlaştırılan hüküm ve koşullar geçerli olacaktır: a) Bu Sözleşmenin tarihi ile varıştan önceki 60. gün arasında Grup, toplam Oda Bloğunun %15'ine kadar iptal ederse, söz konusu %15'i aşan herhangi bir iptalin, Toplam Oda Bloğu Maliyetinin iptal edilen kısmının %100'ü tutarında bir iptal ücretine tabi tutulması koşuluyla iptal ücreti alınmaz. b) Varıştan 59. gün ile 30. gün arasında Grup, toplam Oda Bloğunun %10'una kadar iptal ederse, toplam Oda Bloğunun %10'unu aşan herhangi bir iptalin %100'ü aşması koşuluyla iptal ücreti alınmaz. c) Grup, varıştan önceki 29. gün ile 07. gün arasında toplam Oda Bloğunun %5'ine kadar iptal ederse, iptal ücreti alınmaz. Toplam Oda Bloğunun %5'ini aşan herhangi bir iptalin toplam Oda Bloğu Maliyetinin iptal edilen kısmının %100'ü kadar iptal ücreti alınacaktır. d) Grup, varıştan önceki 7. gün arasında toplam Oda Bloğunun herhangi bir bölümünü iptal ederse (varış gününde Gösterilmemek dahil ancak sınırlı olmamak üzere), Grup, Toplam Oda Bloğu Ücretinin iptal edilen kısmının %100'ü tutarında bir iptal ücreti tahsil edecektir. B) Grubun/Etkinliğin Tam İptali: Grubun tamamen iptal edilmesi durumunda, aşağıdaki kararlaştırılan hüküm ve koşullar geçerli olacaktır: (a) Bildirim, varıştan 90 gün öncesine kadar Otel tarafından alınırsa, Grup Otele sözleşme yapılan toplam gelirin %75'ini ödeyecektir (b) Bildirim Otel tarafından varıştan 89 ila 60 gün önce alınırsa Grup, Otele sözleşme yapılan toplam gelirin %90'ını ödeyecektir (c) Bildirim, varıştan 59 gün önce Otel tarafından alınırsa, Grup Otele sözleşme yapılan toplam gelirin %100'ünü ödeyecektir.
