The hotel offers 143 guest rooms situated within a complex that has markedly Mediterranean architectural touches & a terrace with a breathtaking view over the bay. The hotel's staff is always on hand with a smile to welcome, entertain and even surprise you. Whether you're visiting for the first time or making a return visit, you'll have fun both pampering yourself and being pampered, as you make the most of your break. Here at the hotel, we give you the key, all you have to do is turn it to open the treasure chest that contains all of the colorful magic of Alghero and the surrounding area. Our complex plays host to 2 fully air-conditioned conference spaces that are ideal for the staging of business meetings, conferences and training courses.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
