CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION POLICY TOTAL CANCELLATION OF GUEST ROOMS AND SERVICES The Group shall be cancelled in writing with the reason (The Establishment does not consider date changes outside this clause). The cancellation of the Group will suppose the following costs: • From the signature of the contract until 120 days before the event, 50% of the pro-forma invoice total will be charged as cancellation fee. • Between 119 and 45 days before the event 75% of the pro-forma invoice total will be charged as cancellation fee. • From 44 days before and up until the event date 100% of the pro-forma invoice total will be charged as cancellation fee. The calculation will be made based on the total of the pro-forma invoice for the contracted services. In case the deposits were due before the cancellation date, but not yet received by the Establishment, due amounts will be invoiced to the Client. The Establishment applies the cancellation policy to all the bedrooms, meeting rooms and F&B services that have been reserved for the event, and that may not be reflected in this contract. REDUCTION IN NUMBER OF GUEST ROOMS • From the signature of the contract until 90 days before the check-in of the group, a reduction of 20% in the total number of room nights reserved by contract will be permitted without charge. • Between 89 and 30 days, a reduction of 10% in the total number of room nights reserved at the present time will be permitted without charge. • Between 29 and 10 days, a reduction of 5% in the total number of room nights reserved at the present time will be permitted without charge. • Nine days or less before the group arrival date, in case of reduction, the total number of room nights reserved at the present time will be charged.
