Bilkent Otel, şehrin batısındaki Bilkent ilçesinde, Eskişehir Yolu'nun 7. km'sinde yer almaktadır. Bu konumu ile otel, tüm önemli devlet dairelerinin ve özel şirketlerin bulunduğu mahalleye sahiptir.. Otel, Bilkent Üniversitesi Kampüsü'ne 1 km uzaklıkta, Bilkent Center ve Ankuva AVM'ye yürüme mesafesindedir.
