The Chestnuts Hotel is a family run hotel ideally situated in just 2 minutes from Ayr’s beautiful seafront. We are also only one mile from the new Robert Burns museum in the heart of Ayrshire’s Burns Country, less than a mile from Ayr Town Center and close by are two of the many public golf courses in the area. We offer 14 comfortable en-suite rooms at Chestnuts Hotel and have an excellent reputation for bar meals, using fresh Ayrshire produce, cooked to order. Extensive lunch and supper menus are served 7 days a week in the Lounge Bar, Restaurant or Beer Garden and with friendly service and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, we can make your stay with us, however short or long – a memorable one. The beach is a short stroll away and Ayr Town Center, Belleisle Park, Burns Cottage and some of our Golf Courses are a short drive or brisk walk from our front door.

Climb aboard our classic yacht and take in Seattle’s waterfront views of beautiful Lake Union and adjoining waterways. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
