The Heritage Mansion is an imposingly elegant three-storey structure built in the Colonial Revival style of the 1920s. Located along Abanao Extension, the Heritage Mansion now boasts of 20 fully appointed rooms that reflect simplicity in elegance and grandeur without ostentation, from its wide plank flooring of hardwood narra to the elaborate cornices and architectural moldings. To accommodate functions for dinners, weddings, presentations, seminars and the like, a new conference hall has been erected as an adjunct to the hotel in a style that mirrors the arches and columns of the main structure. The new addition can seat 600 people for conferences and 200 people for sit-down dinners. Yet the most memorable piece of architecture remains to be the grand staircase dominating the front entryway as it sweeps up in a graceful arch to the second floor.
