ROOM REDUCTION ALLOWANCE All reservation should be cancelled or modified in writing, stating the reason for cancelling. a) Rooms reservation From the signature of the contract to 120 days before the arrival of the group: 35% of booked rooms per night can be cancelled without any penalty. Any additional cancelled room will be billed. From 119 days to 60 days before the arrival of the group: 10% of booked rooms per night can be cancelled without any penalty. Any additional cancelled room will be billed. From 59 days to 7 days before the arrival of the group: 5% of booked rooms per night can be cancelled without any penalty. Any additional cancelled room will be billed. From 6 days to the arrival of the group, any cancellation or no-show shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay. b) Meeting rooms and banqueting space reservation If the notification of cancellation were to occur one month before the reserved date, there will not be any cancellation fee. If the notification of cancellation is within 29 days to 15 days before the reserved date, the Hotel will charge 30% of the meeting space multiplied by the number of days contracted. If the notification of cancellation is within 14 days to one week before the reserved date, the Hotel will charge 60% of the meeting space multiplied by the number of days contracted. If the notification of cancellation is within 6 days or less prior to the reserved date, the Hotel will charge 100% of the meeting space multiplied by the number of days contracted. c) Food & Beverage service: If the notification of cancellation or reduction were to occur within 30 days before the reserved date, there will not be any cancellation fee. If the notification of cancellation or reduction is within 29 days to 15 days prior to the f&b service, a 25% of the number of guests reserved may be cancelled without penalty. Any additional cancelled guest will be billed at the agreed menu rate. If the notification of cancellation or reduction is within 14 days to 4 days prior to the f&b service, a 10% of the number of guests reserved may be cancelled without penalty. Any additional cancelled guest will be billed at the agreed menu rate. From 72 hours prior to the f&b service contracted, the Hotel will charge 100% of the menu contracted multiplied by the total guests confirmed.
