Seçkin Yalıkavak Yat Limanı'na 1000 metreden daha kısa mesafede yer alan Allium Villas Resort, Yalıkavak'ın lüks butik tatil beldelerinden biridir. Her biri 4 ila 8 oda barındıran 9 villadan ve toplam 36 oda ve süitten oluşan tesis, ada çivili ufku ile Ege Denizi'ne bakan sahil şeridinin yamacında inşa edilmiştir.
